The house itself is a 3 story adobe house which has been well renovated and cheerfully painted both inside and out. It has 6 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with running hot water. Other features of the house include a rooftop terrace and bedroom views out over the city and volcano Cotopaxi. The house is surrounded by a garden with many flowers, plants, and fruits. The house is well-located; a 10 minute drive to the international airport and a 15 minute walk to Avenida Amazonas where you will be able to find banks, stores, travel agencies, spanish schools, nightclubs, restaurants, cafes, as well as meet up with other travellers.

My name is Jenny Chavez; I have been receiving people from everywhere, for more than 14 years in my home. I am an energetic and open-minded person and enjoy helping the guests in my home in any way possible. I share my place with my boyfriend Patricio, and with my teenage son David.
