SELF CATERING IN YORK - WELCOME TO ASHLING HOUSE THREE - ACCOMMODATION WITH STYLE. TO CHECK AVAILABILITY AND BOOK ASHLING HOUSE THREE. Opened Reciently we offer this new three bedroomed luxury accommodation, which has been furnished to the same standards as our other properties. Positioned on three froors and having the benifit of a Downstairs double bedroom and first floor lounge looking onto the medieval walls. This house has been freashly decorated in comtemporary colours and fabrics. Each of our two spacious double bedrooms and one generous twin bedroom (beside the master bedroom) has been individually furnished with character and style. They also boast high quality comfortable mattresses, cosy quilts, fluffy bath towels and crisp ironed sheets. All rooms have thermostatically-controlled central heating, are freshly decorated and contain a host of personal touches. The ground floor double bedroom has, across the hall, a good sized cloakroom with sink and toilet. The Master double and Twin room are on the second floor adjacent to the family bathroom. All our guest bedrooms have remote controlled Text TVs, clock radios and in the master bedroom you'll find a hairdryer. The house is slightly wider than the other accommodations and boasts a superb separate kitchen, furnished with dishwasher, microwave and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury kitchen. The lounge and dining area are of a good size and equipped with TV, DVD, stereo and video recorder. There is a good selection of uptodate DVD's, Videos, reading material and tourist information. For the entertainment of our guests, there is a small games room/study, which contains a Nintendo Game Cube (with popular family games) and TV with video. One very individual touch is that the Master en suite bedroom has been decorated in a very contemporary French style, giving it a very open and bright comfortable feel. The second Double is furnished in lavender and purple, and the twin room on the top floor has a sea feel with whites, blues and a fresh feel. Question: How do I make a booking? Answer: It's easy! Just visit our. Prices/availability page. and select the house number you are interested in. If its available, then the full price will appear when you hover the cursors over the requested date calendar. Then simply follow our online booking instructions. Your booking will be provisional until confirmed and you can choose to Pay the deposit by Cheque through the post OR online via paypal. If your arrival date is within 4 weeks of booking date, then Full payment will be required. Question: What does the price include? Answer: The price is all-inclusive. There are no surcharges as electricity and heating are all covered in the price. V.A.T is also included. Question: Will I need to bring bed linen or towels? Answer: No, these are all provided. Question : How many cars can we bring? Answer: At Ashling Houses One and Two, there is parking for a maximum of 2 cars with one of those cars being parked in the garage and the second car parked up snugly to the garage door. Ashling House Three will accommodate one car in garage and 2 Small additional Cars parked up snugly to the garage door. The cul de sac where Ashling Houses are situated is a private road where other residents live and whilst there is no charge for parking your cars, in respect of residents who live there, 2 cars are the maximum we can permit. There is a long stay car park on Nunnery Lane should you require parking for any additional cars. Question: Can you cater for babies/toddlers? Answer: We most certainly can! We are happy to provide a travel cot with bed linen, high chair, stair gate and baby monitor for the younger traveller. We make no charge for these items but please ensure we know that you require them by adding this information to the additional comments section on our booking page. Please state which of the items you will need and they will be ready and waiting for you on your arrival. Question: What time can we check in and what time do we need to vacate by? Answer: Guests can check in from 3pm. Should you arrive earlier than this, whilst you may not be able to access the property, you can at least park your car and wander off to town. Guests must vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure. Question: Can we arrive on days other than Fridays and Mondays? Answer: I'm afraid not. These dates are fixed. Over school and public holidays, we only accept week long bookings beginning on Fridays. Sorry! Question: Do you accept Hen / Stag bookings or Corporate bookings? Answer: Regarding single sex bookings, we have to respect the fact that these properties are situated in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac. If your break is about having a good time which carries with it being perhaps louder than usual, Ashling Houses are not for you! If planning a Corporate booking, please be mindful that it will be up to you, the person making the booking, to ensure that guests comply with our No Smoking Policy, as well as their conduct whilst staying at Ashling Houses.
