Prices per apartment and day: 4 persons: 83.00 5 persons: 91.00 6 persons: 99.00 We are open all year. Saturday is our day of arrival from April to November. Our prices include final cleansing (for stays of at least 1 week), linen, towels, crockery and tableware, power, taxes, use of all the facilities of our house. For stays of less than 1 week, we charge from 25.00 to 40.00 for the final cleansing. For 2.00 per day, you can also bring your silent, little dog with you. Do you want to arrive by train? We will be pleased to take you at the station of Merano free of charge. Please dont smoke in the house as smoking in public rooms is forbidden by law. You can, however, smoke outside, on the balcony or in the garden. Our apartments will be ready from 3 pm. You are welcome to arrive earlier and to relax in the garden, to go swimming or to park your car and make a walk or go to the city. Please inform us if you arrive after 8 pm. We kindly ask you to leave the apartments until 10 am. To prevent cancellation costs in case of cancellations due to illness or other reasons, we recommend taking out travel insurance. We will otherwise charge 80% of the total sum. The same applies to late arrivals and early departures.

Experience our little paradise in the middle of apple orchards. Our house is situated in a quiet and sunny position in Maia Bassa, in the south of the spa town of Merano. You can enjoy a rural and inviting atmosphere. If you need diversion, you can easily walk to the town or take our bicycles, the bus or the car. The old town is at about 1.5 km. The next bus-stop is at 500 m from our house. Maia Bassa offers different shops and restaurants with typical Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. A special experience is a day at the Trauttmansdorff botanic garden with the tourism museum called Touriseum, situated in the near surroundings. Enjoy relaxing hours in the new Merano Thermal Baths with 25 pools and a variety of saunas. Our house is an ideal starting point for different activities. You can visit museums and castles, make a stroll in the city, enjoy cultural activities, go walking, make hiking or bike tours or an excursion to one of the South Tyrolean lakes or to Lake Garda... you can do whatever you wish.

Welcome to the Stockerhof farmhouse. Our farm is situated in Merano/South Tyrol and can be regarded as a little paradise in the middle of apple trees and vineyards. We are set in a quiet and sunny location with a unique view of the surrounding mountains. If you want to have fun and diversion, you can go to the near spa town of Merano. the first warm sun and the marvellous blossom of the apple trees characterized by a wonderful perfume in spring. walking in the mountains and swimming in summer. the different magnificent colours and the apple and grape harvest in autumn. the snow in the mountains at the near skiing area Merano 2000 in winter. Your holiday can be so varied.

Our farm was first documented in 1498. Our apple plantations have been worked by our family for generations. We have given a warm welcome to our guests for years.
