Over thirty years ago Steve Kosmas began his career in real estate sales and soon thereafter acquired his first resort, right on the famed Ocean City Boardwalk. In 1975, Boardwalk One was affiliated with Resort Condominiums International (RCI). Both Steve and RCI remain committed to the advantages of flexible and affordable condominium choices that timeshare exchanges offer family vacationers over that of traditional hotel accommodations. Twenty-five years ago, brothers Paul and Nick joined Steve in his quest and together they established Kosmas Group International (dba KGI Resorts). Their mission was to specialize in developing, selling and managing multiple vacation ownership resorts in family oriented tourist destinations. For three decades they built and/or acquired several vacation resorts in Ocean City, Key West, Orlando, New Smyrna Beach, New Orleans and even St. Maartin St. Thomas in the Caribbean (hence the International distinction). Kosmas Group International, Inc. (KGI) offers a variety of exciting vacation experiences including seaside retreats, family fun and island splendor. All are enhanced by the KGI tradition of hospitality and personal service, and by our commitment to environmental preservation. A memorable vacation at an ownership resort is the end product of a complex process; from design and construction, through marketing and property management. The ability of KGI to deliver a consistently excellent vacation product is based on our understanding of every stage of the resort development cycle, and our in-house control of all the necessary resources. KGI is acknowledged as a leader for the 21st century in the most dynamic sector of the vacation industry. We are guided by our loyalty and commitment to our owner families and our concern for the natural environment. It is a philosophy which has served us well, and our prospectus for an even brighter future.
