Iguana Villa is a three bedroom private home in Malmok, Aruba. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood and home to Aruba's wealthiest families. Iguana Villa is located approximately 1/3 mile from the Caribbean Sea and about the same distance from the beautiful Tierra Del Sol Golf Course. Many of the island's restaurants, supermarkets, casinos and hotels are only 3 miles away. White sandy beaches and a snorkling cove are within walking distance. Windsurfing rental equipment is also available nearby. Local bus transportation to downtown and the hotel area is nearby, however a rental car is recommended to fully explore the island. Electricity is the same standard as in the U.S. and Canada. The tap water is safe and pure from Aruba's large saltwater desalination plant. The weather in Aruba is usually sunny and breezy and the median temperature is 82F. There is plenty to do during your vacation such as windsurfing, sailing, jet skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, enjoying the many casinos, golf, tennis, shopping, horseback riding and exploring the island in an ATV. In the evenings, you can relax and stargaze under the palm trees in the private Jacuzzi. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and veranda.
