ROOM OCCUPANCY WILL BE LIMITED TO # OF PEOPLE ON YOUR RESERVATION Persons in excess of your reservation will be required to rent another
room or find other accommodations. WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING PETS Please call for more information and other options. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE INFANTS.

Rooms will be guaranteed only after you have provided valid credit card information and have received confirmation. By providing this credit card information for the purpose of obtaining lodging reservations, you are accepting the terms and conditions set forth on this policy page and authorizing the Old Clark Inn to charge to this credit card any applicable deposits,
room costs, fees, repairs and damages. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Your reservation includes a specific number of beds and
baths. Using unassigned beds or
baths will result in additional charges. Your reservation will be for a specific
room type, not for a specific
room. We will assign specific
rooms based on the needs/preferences of all guests. Your reservation is for a specified number of people. Additional/unexpected people arriving with you will be treated as walk-ins and suitable accomodations may not be available. (Sleeping on the floor will not be an option in this situation.). You may not enter other
rooms even if they appear to be unoccupied. Additional towels,
pillows, etc. are available by simply asking. We are also happy to give
tours to interested guests. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT. Check-in hours are 3 pm to 9 pm / Check-out is 11:00 am. Early arrivals are usually not a problem. We cannot guarantee your
room(s) will be ready before 3 pm, but if we are available we will check you in and give you a key. Late check-in must be pre-arranged. (If it has not been approved then you will be considered a no-show if you have not checked in by 9pm.) An additional fee + tax will be charged per check-in for first-time guests arriving after 10:00 pm. after 11:00pm - no check in. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we will not extend the check-in period beyond 11pm. Walk-ins are accepted until 10 pm. Late check-outs will be charged $10 per hour, with the first charge occurring at 11:01 am. To avoid these charges you must have your belongings out of the
room and the key turned in prior to 11 am. Arrangements can be made to leave your vehicle here or to come back and use the facilities after check-out.
Breakfast is served from 8:009:00 am. A hot country
breakfast will be served on weekends with reservations made at least
24 hours in advance. A continental
breakfast will be available Monday through Friday, and for walk-ins on weekends. All guests will be served the same
breakfast, but with advance notice we will try to accommodate special requests (allergies, restricted diets, personal dislikes, etc). RATE-POLICY SCHEDULE. Summer nbspnbspnbspnbsp In effect non-peak days April-November. Winter nbspnbspnbspnbsp In effect non-peak weekdays Thanksgiving through March. Peak nbspnbspnbspnbsp In effect Memorial Day, Pioneer Days (July), and Labor Day weekends, nbspnbspnbspnbsp all Fridays and Saturdays from Thanksgiving through March(
ski season), nbspnbspnbspnbsp and from the last weekend in Sept through the third weekend in October (leaf season). nbspnbspnbspnbsp 2-day minimum and deposit may be required.
Ski-Season Peak nbspnbspnbspnbsp In effect Christmas and New Years' weeks, Martin Luther King and Presidents Day Weekends. nbspnbspnbspnbsp 2-3 day minimum stay and deposit are required. 3 Days notice required when nbspnbspnbspnbsp Reserving
1 or 2 rooms for less than 5 days during nonpeak periods. nbspnbspnbspnbsp Cancellations, including partial cancellations or date changes, nbspnbspnbspnbsp made after 3 pm 3 days before arrival - $25 fee per
room, per day reserved. nbspnbspnbspnbsp A deposit is generally not required. 14 Days notice required when nbspnbspnbspnbsp Reserving
3 or 4 rooms for less than 5 days OR reserving any
rooms during peak periods. nbspnbspnbspnbsp Cancellations, including partial cancellations or date changes, nbspnbspnbspnbsp made after 3 pm 14 days before arrival - $25 fee per
room, per day reserved. nbspnbspnbspnbsp A deposit may be required. 30 Days notice required when nbspnbspnbspnbsp Reserving 5 or more
rooms OR 5 or more days or reserving any
rooms during peak
ski season. nbspnbspnbspnbsp Cancellations, including partial cancellations or date changes, nbspnbspnbspnbsp made after 3 pm 30 days before arrival - you will forfeit entire deposit. nbspnbspnbspnbsp A deposit will be required. No Shows nbspnbspnbspnbsp Will be charged the total price for one night (in addition to any pre-paid deposit on a multi-night nbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp reservation) and if additional nights have been reserved they will be cancelled. nbspnbspnbspnbsp Anyone who has not checked-in by 11 pm on the first day of their reservation will be considered nbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp a no show. A deposit equivalent to one nights stay including tax may be required to guarantee your reservation. When applicable, the deposit is due at time of reservation and the remaining balance is due at check-in. Cancellations or changes made after deposit is processed and confirmation # is issued, and with the minimum notice stated in the preceding section, will be subject to a service charge of $10 and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations, in whole or in part, made with less than the required minimum notice, will be subject to the cancellation fees explained above.
QUIET HOURS nbspnbspnbspnbsp 10 pm 7 am. Well-behaved children age 6 and up are allowed in a
room or
suite with an adult. This is not a child-proof facility. Children must be constantly supervised both for their own
safety and to ensure the comfort of other guests. The parent/guardian is solely responsible for a childs supervision and
safety. This is a
non-smoking facility as mandated by town ordinance and state code. Smoking is permitted outside but not within 15 feet of entrance or window. Violators of the no-smoking policy will forfeit their
room and will not receive a refund. Additional charges may be applied to the credit card you have provided to cover additional labor, supplies and lost revenues while
room is returned to its original condition. WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL (Subject to availability). Whole House Rental pricing and policies will apply when one person reserves all
guest rooms for a group of up to 26 people. The rate does not include meals or beverages, nor does it include any services or amenities for which a fee is normally charged. The Whole House does not include the
kitchen,
office or innkeepers quarters. It is not our policy to sleep people on the floor and bedding will not be provided for this. Sleeping in common areas is not permitted. The person making the group reservation must be at least 21 years of age. This person is the group leader and shall assume all responsibility for the group including:
room assignments, payment, check-in, check-out, communication of needs and issues to innkeepers and ensuring that policies are adhered to. Your reservation will be for a specified number of people. Any extra people added at check-in will cost an additional $25 each (if we are able to acomodate them at all). In the event that there are too few people in your group to fill all the
rooms, we reserve the right to limit the number of
rooms and
