Park Hotel Aalborg is situated in the centre of Aalborg. The hotel is centrally placed just opposite Aalborg Railway Station and Bus Station from where busses to Aalborg Airport depart. 100 meters from the hotel you find a new multi-storey carpark. The Park Hotel Aalborg was built in 1990 and is, accordingly, one of the oldest hotels in the city. Throughout the years, the hotel has been gently restored and modernized. Among other things, an extension has been built to the hotel which, however, has not ruined the atmosphere of the hotel. Therefore, Park Hotel Aalborg appears as a cosy, thoroughly modernized hotel with a distinguished atmosphere and with a focus on personal service.

Park Hotel Aalborg is a hotel with atmosphere and also a cosy restaurant Christian X with an inviting menu and wine list. There are also modern function and conference rooms, where there is room for up to 100 guests. The hotel has 79 rooms and 2 suites, and all are tastefully furnished with moderne comforts, including bath/shower and toilet, radio, cable-tv and telephone. There is also an elevator to all 4 floors. A large breakfast buffet is included in the room price. Park Hotel Aalborg also has a bar Christian X, patio-garden and, during the summer months a pavement restaurant in front of the hotel. The reception is manned 24 hours a day, and is always available for purchases of coffee, tea, beer, soda, crisps, chocolate, postcards and toiletries.

You can enjoy a drink before or after dinner in the Christian X bar, named after the danish King Christian 10th. The restaurant is open daily between 3 and 10 pm, closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

The original part of the hotel was built in 1900 with exclusive apartments and a merchants store on the first floor. In 1917 the building was turned into a hotel. In 1961 Christian Strom Christensen took over the hotel business, who 8 years later handed it over to one of his sons Flemming Strøm and his wife Jytte Strom. Flemming and Jytte Strom have always seen it as their noble task to make sure that their guests get personal service in a relaxing atmosphere, where quality is a concept you can meet everywhere throughout the hotel.
