Dragor Badehotel is situated less than 12 km from the center of Copenhagen and 5 km from the Bella Conference Centre, Copenhagen Airport and the highway. We offer free parking for cars and busses. The hotel has 3 beautiful conference rooms for 60-80 participants. The conference rooms have a lovely view of the Sound and the new bridge to Sweden. Dragor Badehotel has a total of 34 rooms, including single and double rooms, family rooms and rooms accessible for the disabled at street level. Most of the rooms have a view of the sea and several of them have their own balcony.

Dragor Badehotel was built in 1907 when the old railway line was established to the small fishing hamlet of Dragor. The railway line was closed long time ago, but Dragor Badehotel still remains in its beautiful old style. The hotel has been beautifully restored without loosing its original style. The history behind... In 1909 the late swedish writer Hjalmar Soderberg visited Dragor, where he stayed at the hotel. He stayed at one of the small rooms located at the hotel's eastern side - the room had a balcony - and he spend a lot of time overlooking Oresund which he describes in one of his books as - a colossal monocular placed on the hotels front side veranda. He describes the buildings and towers he can see in Sweden and the many ships he can see out on Oresund. Building of Dragor Fortress begun in 1910, so the view in 1909 must have been quite unique. This wasn't the only thing Hjalmar Soderberg was looking at, he used his monuclar all the time pointed on the Bathing Club nearby to see all the ladies there.

Dragor and surroundings. Dragor has a lot to offer for visitors. The beach, Dragor Fort and the public baths are nice picnic areas, where you can relax and enjoy the Sound, Oresund. You can visit the Old Dragor and see the delicately preserved houses and the exciting small shops – or visit the harbour where you can fell the atmosphere of the old days. A visit to the local museums will provide you with interesting information about the exciting history of Dragor. Kongelunden is a forest to enjoy on foot, on bicycle or on horseback. The Kongelunden. To get there you have to cros the bridge - either one of the bridges connecting Zealand with Amager, or the new Oresund Bridge from Sweden - then go through Sundbyerne and Taarnby and further out along Englandsvej. When you see Store Magleby church you are already in Dragor Municipality. And the hotel is situated near the marina, at Drogdensvej 43.
