The inn Pousada Beija Flor is located in the Historical Center of Salvador in the ancient quarter of Santo Antonio alem do Carmo, a 5 minutes walk to the Pelourinho heart of Salvador cultural and nocturnal life, in its colonial context of uncommon beauty, already recognized as Mankind Patrimony. This Guesthouse is run by myself Riccardo, an italian jazz musician with the passion for brazilian music, particularly for that one of Bahia, and my brazilian wife Marcia. The old house, carefully restored to offer comforts as a modern Hotel, is situated in a very quiet area of the historical center with a charming view on the Todos os Santos Bay. At the Hotel Pousada Beija Flor are available 7 rooms with differents kinds of comforts. Every room is provided with private bathroom, frigobar, phone and safe-box. Rooms with A.C., and private terrace with hammock overlooking the Historical Center or the Bay of All Saints. Rooms without view (with windows), ceiling fan or A.C. A rich breakfast, included in price, offers several brazilian specialities, particularly those of Bahia, and it is served in a big sea-sight terrace
