We have a large cozy Bed Breakfast unit, with a private entrance, ensuite 3 piece bath, double bed and a love seat couch that sleeps one person. You may chose from our breakfast menu when you check in, and breakfast is served right in your room! Inside the BB room, there are a fridge, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, satellite TV, wireless high speed internet. The capacity of the BB is ideally 2-3 persons, i.e. 2 adults and 1 child, and can be booked for a few days, or weekly. Guests have access to the same facilities as the cottagers'. Cancellation policy: The deposit, less a cancellation fee of $50 will be returned to you if notice of cancellation is received by us no later than 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If a cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, no refund will be possible, regardless of the reason. E-mail cancellations are not acceptable. Cancellations must be made by phone. We reserve the right to reject any booking application. A reservation is a firm contract and no refund will be made for late arrival or early departure. You don't have to be a grumpy old man to enjoy ice fishing! Ice fishing is very popular on Boshkung, for lake trout and whitefish. We have fish hut rentals and ice fishing accommodation packages available. We encourage guests to come in even numbered groups to offset their costs, and maximize use of the hut. The weekends are busy, plan early and call ahead, or come up when it is quieter during the week. Transportation to and from your hut is provided, plus bathroom facilities. For parking space, let us know in advance if you intend to bring your own ATV or sled. Hut Location Boshkung Lake is one of the larger lakes in Haliburton so the fish move all over. Our huts are located by a point of land, about 80' from the shore, over a drop off from 20' to 70'- 80' gradually falling to 95'. The maximum depth is 220'.
