From the Bus Station: cross the pedestrian footbridge from the Bus Station to Iguatemi mall and take the executivo bus to Praca da Se at the bus stop outside Iguatemi mall. Get off at the last bus stop and walk to Sao Francisco Church, on the same street is located the hostel. You can follow the map up to the Hostel. Another alternative is to take the Barroquinha bus at the Bus Station, get off at Insinuante Shop in Baixa dos Sapateiros and walk up Frei Vicente Street, in front of Teatro XVIII walk up Ordem Terceira Street ( old Inacio Accioli) towards Sao Francisco Church. Around the corner, on Rua das Laranjeiras, you can see the hostel, as shown on the Map. From the Airport: take the Airport-Praca da Se executivo bus, get off at the last bus stop and walk to Sao Francisco Church, on the same street is located the hostel. You can follow the map up to the Hostel. **After 8 p.m., it is advisable to take a transfer offered by the hostel. To book the transfer inform us the flight number, date and time of arrival. Situated in Pelourinho, Salvador's historic district, Albergue das Laranjeiras' location is excellent. Besides its architectural ensemble, nowadays Pelourinho is a great leisure and culture center. Near the hostel, at Praca da Se, you can take a bus to any beach in Salvador or on the north coast. In the opposite direction, if you take the Plano Inclinado (Inclined Plane tram) or Lacerda Elevator, you can easily travel by boat to the beaches of Itaparica Island and Morro de Sao Paulo. At Praca da Se you can also take the more comfortable executivo buses to the airport and to the Bus Station. Finally, for those who come here by car, Laranjeiras Hostel offers the additional advantage of being located near convenient private parking facilities.
