Since you have been kind enough to visit our new site perhaps we should tell you a little bit about ourselves... Pringles Ingle is listed as a three-star bed and breakfast by the Scottish Tourist Board. We are a friendly family-run bed and breakfast in Edinburgh situated in the popular district of Morningside, about two miles south of the city centre of Edinburgh and one mile from the city bypass. The property is a stone-built Victorian terraced house with a small south-west-facing front garden and easy on-street parking. We have two double rooms; one with an ensuite shower room, the other with exclusive use of the adjacent bathroom. The bedrooms both have TV and coffee/tea making facilities. There is a comfortable lounge with TV available for residents. Breakfast is continental-style with a wide choice and a healthy variety to suit all tastes. Vegetarians are welcome and special diets can be catered for. The local area has an extensive range of excellent cafes and pubs, good shops, theatres and cinemas. There is also a wide variety of restaurants serving Mexican, Nepalese, Indian, Chinese, Italian and French cuisine. Nearby there are beautiful parks and a nature reserve for those who enjoy walking; recreational facilities in the area include golf courses, tennis courts and a ski-slope. All rooms include a full continental breakfast as shown: Freshly squeezed orange juice, home made bread, marmalades and jams, cereals, seasonal fresh fruit, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, rolls, and oatcakes.

Directions to Pringles Ingle: From the South: From Edinburgh City Bypass (A720) take the A702 at Lothianburn Junction north towards the city. Continue for approximately 1 mile passing Shell garage on right, following Comiston Road downhill through major crossroads with large clock on right. Morningside Park is 3rd on left. From the North: From A90 (Forth Road Bridge) orM8 (the West) take City Bypass. (A720) round the west side of the city and at Lothianburn Junction take A702 north towards the city. Follow as above. From City Centre: Take Lothian Road (A702 to Biggar) at West End of Princes Street for approx. 2 miles passing King's Theatre, Bruntsfield Links and Safeway's Supermarket on left. Morningside Park is then 2nd on the right (see signpost for Royal Edinburgh Hospital on corner).
