Hazelmere serves many delicious
breakfasts for you to
wake up to. Whether you require a Full English, Vegetarian, or Continental, we try to cater for all tastes and dietary requirements. We use free range eggs and FAIRTRADE
tea and
coffee, and serve our food in a relaxed atmosphere in our bright and spacious
dining room which overlooks the river Greta and looks toward the Borrowdale Valley.

Hazelmere has six
en-suite guest bedrooms all decorated to the highest standards. They offer beautiful views towards Keswick and the surrounding fells, and have comfortable beds, fluffy towels and the following amenities:

Coffee making facilities. Wine glasses and bottle opener. Controllable

Room 2 - A spacious
en-suite room with a double bed and a single bed which can be used as a double, twin or a
family room. We can also add an extra put-you-up bed for parents with two children. This
room is at the back of the house and looks out towards Skiddaw.
Room 3 - A large
double en-suite bedroom with easy chairs in the bay window for guests to enjoy the views across the River Greta and towards Borrowdale.
Room 4 - This
single room was upgraded for the start of 2006 with a new en-
suite complete with a power
shower. The
room has views over the River Greta and East towards Cat Bells and Borrowdale.
Room 5 - This
double bedroom has a newly refurbished en-
suite with the luxury of a
bath with power
shower over it. As this
room is on the top floor it has a wonderful panoramic view West of the Skiddaw Range. The
TV also has a
video player and there are a selection of
videos of the local area for you to relax and enjoy.
Room 6 - A
double en-suite bedroom with a 4 poster bed. The
room has views out over the River Greta and towards Cat Bells and the Newlands Valley.
Room 7 - A
double en-suite room with lovely panoramic mountain views and a newly designed en-
suite having a double
shower cubicle with a power
shower.
Our reasonably priced
rooms are based on a fee per person per night. This price includes
breakfast,
parking, and the use of any of our drying or storage facilities is also included. Large double or twin bedded
en-suite room per person per night: Children up to 13 years 15 per night. Supplement for single occupancy 15 per night.
Bank Holidays - 3 night minimum stay, 100 per person.
Double en-suite room per person per night: Supplement for single occupancy 12 per night.
Bank Holidays - 3 night minimum stay, 90 per person.

rooms are available where dogs are welcome. Dogs should have their own bedding, should not be allowed on the
furniture and must never be left in the
room unattended. ACCESS: We are normally around after 4.30pm to enable you to check in on the day of your arrival. If you wish to arrive earlier than this please
telephone to make alternative arrangements. DEPARTURE: Please vacate your
room and the car park by 10am on the morning of departure in order that we may prepare for new arrivals.

quiet location on the western edge of Keswick overlooking the River Greta, an easy, level stroll to the Market Square whilst the shores of Derwentwater and the local fells are accessible on foot. Comfortable

info@hazelmerekeswick.co.uk. Directions: From Junction 40 on the M6 follow the A66 west to Crosthwaite roundabout. Take the left turning onto the A5271 signed to Keswick and Borrowdale. This is Crosthwaite Road and Hazelmere is on the right about 1/4mile further along. A
parking space is available at the front of the property for you to unload cases etc. on arrival and there is ample
