The Les Terrasses restaurant is open from Monday to Friday (evenings only) and serves traditional and regional specialities. The chefs specialities: pan-fried zander and shallot sauce with leek fondue. From May onwards, you can avail yourself of the pleasure of dining on our terrace and enjoying its exceptionally lush and verdant surroundings with grounds full of flowers and private swimming pool. Houses built of basalt and roofed with shale tiles testify to the skills and ingenuity of their builders. Door surrounds, mouldings and windows sculpted from breccia (a composite rock of volcanic origin) are among the decorative features of its superb Renaissance and 16 th century buildings.
