It was close the square and easy to access all the great places to eat and shop. The staff were great, they were more than helpful. They were there when we needed them. The building itself has a lot of charm. Since it was the rainy season it was chilly and they brought us extra blankets and an electric radiator. The staff was VERY accommodating (arranged taxis for us that were fair priced, set up breakfast for us extra early). Set 2007 Recomiendo el Sumac Wasi al 100%, este se encontraba muy cerca de la plaza principal, tenia calefaccion y los cuartos eran amplios, luminosos y con el bano incluido (algunos). La atencion fue extraordinaria (Raymundo, Adrian, Peter y el otro que no recuerdo). Ellos siempre fueron antentos y muy agradables. Nos ayudaron a ubicar lugares, nos platicaron de sus vivencias y su cultura y esuvieron siempre pendientes de que no nos faltara nada. Saludos a ellos y los invito a que se den una vuelta por alla! Todo funciono segun lo planeado, enviaron un taxi (a las 6 de la manana) para recogernos en el terminal de buses, nos dieron un mate de coca y nos entregaron de inmediato nuestra habitacion con vista a la calle, muy amplia con dos camas mas un sofa y una mesita con 2 sillas con bano con ducha y TV. Excelent location about 50 meters from main Plaza de Armas, in a street with a lot of facilities including all sort of retaurants. Excelent large room, facing street which was a little noisy, but closing windows solved problem. Very decent bathroom, allways with hot water. Very friendly staff (very young boys, probably amateur, but they would exceed themselves to provide you with the best service, including extremely early breakfast. We were very pleased. Very friendly and helpful staff. location is excellent and July is the time to visit. I liked the old buildind gave you a sense of the past wooden floors large comfortable clean wooen floored bedrooms. Huge clean bathrooms.I felt safe ang cuzco is a safe city to be in. It is located 50 meters from the main square, in the heart of the Cusco city. We have comfortable and pleasant rooms besides the best location. Rooms with private bathrooms with hot water 24 hours, continetal breakfast, radiator(heating) and tv cable.
