Some excerpts from the website of Aarland House that might be useful
Welcome to the Aarland Guest House web site! Situated in Lowestoft, Suffolk, Aarland House is the most Easterly Guest House offering bed and
breakfast accommodation in the United Kingdom. The six comfortable
bedrooms are all stylishly appointed, and have all been classed as '
non-smoking'.
Three rooms come complete with private facilities whilst there is a
shared bathroom for the remaining two. All
rooms have colour
television, clock
radio, and
hospitality tray, thus maintaining the high standards and personal service extended throughout our guesthouse.
Rooms are available from £25 single and from £35 double per night. Aarland House is one of a pair of semi-detached houses built at the end of the 19th century, and as a consequence, the
rooms have many interesting Victorian features. A choice of
breakfast is served daily in our beautiful
dining room. Choose from fresh fruit and
health foods to the traditional English
breakfast of bacon, sausage and egg.
