TRIP TWO Drive along scenic HWY#23 South for 50 km / 31 miles to Shelter Bay and take a short complimentary ferry trip across the arrow l ake to Galena Bay. Make sure you have your camera ready. The view is magnificent. Then a short 10 minute drive to Halcyon Hot Springs. There the water beckons all year long! Swirl away tensions in the natural mineral spring pools featuring a spectacular view overlooking serene Arrow Lake and the Monashee mountain range. Halcyon's beneficial hot mineral waters have a unique combination of sodium, lithium, magnesium, calcium, strontium which can provide relief from arthritis and osteoporosis as well as naturally soothing away muscle tension. The pools are open 365 days a year. From Halcyon you take a scenic boat ride to Fosthall Falls with a stop at the mouth of Pingston Creek (advance booking required). A short hike up the trail and into the falls, gives you a chance to enjoy the cool mist spray and the surrounding area.
