A place for relaxation, Tukii Lodge is located at Smithers Landing, 45 miles north of Smithers, BC on Babine Lake. Our cabins start at $80.00 a night up to $140.00 a night plus tax, dependng on what you prefer. All have a view of the lake and some have kitchen facilities. We have a duplex which runs at a cost of $100.00 a night per side. Each side is equipped with 2 queen beds in a separate room and they also have a hide-a-bed in the kitchen-sitting areas. These units have cooking facilities, a full size fridge, and a covered walk around deck. The $80.00 a night cabins are one room cabins that provide 2 beds (1 single, 1 double). Some of these units have cooking facilities and some don't. The $140.00 a night cabin has 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed in each room, and a hide-a-bed in the si tting area. This unit also has a full size fridge, cooking facilities, and a small covered deck. All the cabins have running water, indoor plumbing, showers, and fire pits outside. We also have boats for rent, but if you plan to bring your own, we have docks for mooring at no charge if you are renting a cabin. July is probably the best month for all around fishing in this area of BC. Lake Trout, Rainbow, and Kokanee should all be biting good at this time. could take place at the main Lodge with most of the comforts of home and requiring no shuffling of gear, meat, etc. For those wishing to be further back, there is Morrison and Natowite Lake. This involves 3 to 4 hours of transporting gear by water, land and water again. Hunters might want to fly into different lakes, but all airfare is extra. Hunts are conducted by means of boats, hiking, 4-wheel drive and ATV. There is a meat cooler at the main Lodge and a few places in Smithers that cut and wrap meat for those who want it done.

Recommend fly fishing for small rainbow 10 to 16 and lake trout to 15 lb. Water proof boots or well greased leather boots. 308 calabre or higher. Meat sacks, though we do have some for those who forget or can't get them. Wood pallets or something to separate the meat so it can breath for travel home. Black Bear Hunting - Seasons April 22 to June 10. We have a very high success rate with this hunt! 6 days minimum. 2 hunters with 1 Guide is $630 (Can) per day per hunter. 1 hunter with 1 Guide is $830 (Can). Moose Hunts - Seasons September 10 to November 15. Call for references For the year 2007-2008, hunts are $6,300 (Can) plus tax and tags, and $125 (Can) non resident hunting preservation fund. 10 day minimum. Mountain Goat Hunting - Season Dates August 1 to October 1. Our Mountain Goat hunts have a very high success rate. 10 mountains to choose from. Trophies are well taken care of. Clients have the choice to go fishing after they get their Mountain Goat. All hunts are carried out by back pack. Most hunts are out of tent camps Clients need to be in reasonably good shape and be able to carry 35 poundsof personal gear. Packers for personal gear is extra.
