Our upscale B B home was purpose built in 1999 with your ultimate comfort in mind. Our spacious Bed Breakfast suites are well appointed and tastefully decorated offering queen or twin beds. Each room has a 4 piece private ensuite bathroom. Our large guest lounge provides a ping pong table, cable television, VCR/DVD, CD player and a library of books and music. For your enjoyment we offer a beverage center with snacks, tea and coffee. A refrigerator is available for your use and is stocked with cold beverages and ice. Breakfast: A scrumptious hot breakfast is served daily in our formal dining room. Arise to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, home baked muffins or scones, served with our homemade jams and jellies. In season, enjoy the freshest Okanagan Valley fruits available. Enjoy chilled juices, bottomless fresh coffee or a selection of your favourite teas. Savour our egg dishes complimented with bacon, ham, sausages or smoked salmon. Our gardens are vast and adorned with gorgeous flowers providing a setting of tranquility, beauty and fragrance. Enjoy the large patio surrounded by flowers and the relaxing sound of the waterscape and pond, the many song birds, and the California Quail that frequent our gardens.

Our Rose and Rocker Suite is charming with Bishop Sleeve draperies in a floral rose pattern, a queen size brass bed, and two antique rocking chairs. Your room has a 4-piece private ensuite bathroom and private entrance. Your view is of our beautiful gardens and across the valley to the Vintage Hills Golf Course and the city of Westbank. Our Lilies and Lace Suite is tastefully decorated with many family heirlooms and a dainty antique dresser. Your suite has a queen size bed and an easy chair and you have a private 4-piece ensuite bathroom and private entrance. Your view is of our beautiful gardens and across the valley to the Vintage Hills Golf Course and the city of Westbank. The Pansies and Pearls Suite is beautifully appointed with twin beds. Your view looks across our front lawn to our beautiful flower gardens. Open your window and smell the fragrance of gorgeous roses. Your suite has a 4-piece private ensuite bathroom. Check-in is between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please let us know when you expect to arrive. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. (unless prior arrangements have been made.). January 1 to April 30 and October 16 to December 31 (except holiday weekends). Minimum 2 nights stay required for weekends and may apply in peak season. Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit equal to 1 nights' rate is required for all reservations of 3 days or less. A deposit of 50% of total booking is required for stays in excess of 3 days.
