Guest Accommodation, Rooms and Rates. LUXURY ROOM: Each accommodation has a private 2 person whirlpool tub, fireplace with sitting area, cable TV with video cassette player and movies, air conditioning, refrigerator, private phone, queen size canopy bed, bath with tub and shower and is furnished with antiques and Victorian reproductions. TRADITIONAL ROOM WITH PRIVATE BATH Each spacious room has a bath with tub/shower combination, sitting area, canopy bed, and is furnished with antiques and Victorian reproductions. All are air conditioned in the summer. Rates are daily, per room for one or two persons. Additional guests in rooms: $30. Rates include full gourmet breakfast. Gratuities are not included. Two night minimum during the season July August for reservations which includes a Friday or Saturday Night. Three night minimum exists during July August for any reservation which includes a Holiday night stay. Deposits are required as follows: full payment including tax. 1/2 the total amount due. The balance is due 14 days before reservation begins. CHECK-IN is 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. CHECK-OUT is 11:00 am. CHILDREN age 10 and over are welcome. PETS cannot be accommodated to guests staying at the Inn from May 1 through October 31. SMOKING POLICY: The Captain Freeman Inn is a non-smoking Country Inn. All smoking is prohibited on the property. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Refund of deposit will be made for full or partial cancellation occurring at least 14 days prior to the beginning of your reservation or with shorter notice if your room is rebooked. A $25.00 cancellation/refund fee will be retained. Early cancellation falls under our cancellation policy. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is an asphalt bikeway that starts in Dennis and continues for 26 miles ending in Wellfleet. The trail, which follows the Old Colony Railroad tracks and makes its way through Brewster and Nickerson State Park. You can chose to use one of our complimentary bikes or rent a bike from the many places available in the Brewster area. you will find one such place, located on Underpass Road, where you can rent a bike, leave your car, grab a lunch to go, and head out on the bike path. During this time we have labored to become seasoned hosts and have enjoyed serving our guests from all over the world. We believe that our guests, many who continue to return and stay at the Inn, have appreciated the subtle changes made to the facility and insures that their stay is even more enjoyable.
