room If, as reputed to happen from time to time, the weather turns a little stormy then you are welcome to pass the time gazing out across the Sound of Iona from our cosy sitting and
dining room, which also hosts an excellent library on and Iona including maps and guides. We have an extensive personal library of books and CD's you are welcome to sit, relax and enjoy in the sitting
room. A selection of DVD's are also available for you to use. Seaview is an established Scottish Tourist Board quality assured accommodation provider and in August 2005 and again in August 2007, we received the Gold Award by the in recognition of our excellent management and environmentally and ecological
business practices. At Seaview, comfortable is our highest priority and since 1990, our family has cared for guests from around the world travelling to the and Iona. Evening meals are available in the Spring Autumn and since John is a retired fisherman, fresh seafood

Breakfast Specials. We have
five bedrooms all of them are named after local islands off the coast of the south west of Mull. Described in a recent review article of Scotland on Sunday as 'designer boutique style', all of the
bedrooms are individually decorated, providing all the home comforts you would expect, including double glazing, thermostatically controlled
central heating, welcome tray with a selection of teas, fruit teas,
coffee hot chocolate making facilities, wine glasses, fabulous mugs for that much need 'cuppa' and a range of delicious organic 'Island Bakery' biscuits, along with free view digital
TV DVD players in each
bedroom. Warm cosy blankets (woven at the local organic Ardalanish Farm near Bunessan),
alarm clocks,
hair dryers, hot water bottles are all included for your comfort. We also provide our guests with an extensive DVD library, a same-day
laundry service, scrumptious made-to-order picnic
lunches and
wireless connection
internet access for laptop
computers. Access to broadband
internet/email and
fax facilities are also available. If you are looking to go further a field without wanting to use the car, then we also offer our guests. Waiting for new photo Lunga -
twin room ensuite. Lunga is a first floor front facing
twin room (for 2 people) with an ensuite
shower room and has a stunning sea view overlooking Fionnphort Bay beach with Fingal's Rock on it, the Tor Mor hills and Iona with the Abbey in all its glory. Views of Burg and Ben More can also be seen from this
room. Decorated throughout in soft restful muted blue and cream tones, with duck egg green Egyptian cotton bed linen and the added luxury of double size quilts instead of single quilts, Lunga has two single beds (twin) and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people; it is furnished with bespoke solid pine
bedroom furniture comprising of a wardrobe with shelving and bottom drawer and a merchants
tea chest style of drawers. A breath taking mountainous canvas landscape completes this
room. The beds in Lunga can also be made into a superking size bed for stays of 3 nights or more - please ask when booking. The ensuite
shower room comprises of a large fully tiled
shower cubicle with a power
shower, a hand basin and
toilet and a heated towel rail to warm those
bath sheet size soft, fluffy white towels as well as having a
bathroom heater. Complimentary
toiletries are provided for your convenience including organic Aloe Vera shampoo, Lavender and Geranium
shower gel and Lavender liquid hand soap from. Those little extras that we all tend to forget are also provided including cotton buds, face cleansing pads cotton balls along with nail emery boards. Iona is a cosy
double room (without a view) with an ensuite
shower room and is decorated with soft and mellow creams and a warm summery primrose yellow. Iona is furnished with bespoke pine
furniture with a blue finish comprising of a double bed, merchant
tea chest style drawers and a wardrobe with shelves and storage drawer. Beautiful blackout blinds ensure a restful nights sleep especially during the summer months when it is still light at 11 p.m. and dawn arrives around 3 a.m. and the billowing voile panels give Iona a light airy feeling. With a fantastic goose down king size quilt and soft feather
pillows, Iona is definitely a
room to unwind and relax in. The ensuite
shower room comprises of a fully tiled
shower cubicle with an electric
shower, a hand basin and
toilet and a heated towel rail to warm those
bath sheet sized soft, fluffy white towels as well as having a
bathroom heater. Complimentary
toiletries are provided for your convenience including organic Aloe Vera shampoo, Lavender and Geranium

double room. Staffa's private
shower room. Staffa is a
double room (for 2 people) with a glorious sea view overlooking the Tor Mor hills at the front of the house, Fionnphort Bay beach and the Sound of Iona and it's glorious powder white sandy beaches. There are also stunning views of Burg and Ben More from this
room. Staffa is furnished with bespoke solid pine
furniture with a pale green wash finish comprising of a double bed, merchant
tea chest style drawers and a wardrobe with internal shelving and a bottom storage drawer plus matching bedside cabinets and reading lamps. Completing the look is an orange tree tapestry wall hanging and individual prints along with a number of gorgeous vibrantly coloured silk cushions. Although Staffa does not have an ensuite
shower room, it does have a lovely light and airy private
shower room, just across the landing and comprises of a large fully tiled
shower cubicle with a power
shower, a hand basin and
toilet and a heated towel rail to warm those soft, fluffy white towels as well as having a
bathroom heater. Complimentary
toiletries are provided for your convenience including organic Aloe Vera shampoo, Lavender Geranium
shower gel, Lavender liquid hand soap from Arran Aromatics, cotton buds, face cleansing pads cotton balls. There are two fabulous photographs of puffins (taken by a friend on Staffa and given to John as a gift), in the
shower room along with a unique wooden framed picture of seahorses and shells. The large window gives plenty of natural light and ventilation - this
room has a lovely feel to it. Erraid is a ground floor
twin room comprising of two single beds and has an ensuite
bath/
shower room and a front facing view overlooking the Tor Mor granite hills, Fionnphort beach and the Sound of Iona and her powder white beaches on the north end of Iona. Burg and Ben More can also be seen from this
room. Erraid is furnished with bespoke natural coloured solid pine
bedroom furniture comprising of a 5 drawer chest of drawers and a full length double wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The walls are hung with vibrant red canvas prints of poppies and lilies giving Erraid colour and vitality; there are also wonderful handmade patchwork spreads on both beds which have the luxury of double quilts instead of single quilts for that added warmth and comfort.
