After apprenticing advancing in luxury hotels throughout The United Kingdom (including The Gleneagles Hotel, the 5 star winner of Best Hotel in the World), Neil moved to Canada. Prior to joining Windermere Manor, Neil had engagements as Executive Chef and Food Beverage Manager at The Delta London Armories Hotel and The Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre. Heather was trained through the Hospitality Management program at Lambton College, in her hometown of Sarnia, Ontario. Not liking to stay put, she has travelled to all parts of the world, including Britain, Europe and The Caribbean. Heather's education has led her to employment abroad, being trained at the 5 star Sheraton Grand Hotel, Edinburgh Scotland, where she had the honour of taking care of Hollywood and British celebrities. Heather has been at Windermere Manor since 2003 and has focused her attentions in the Banquet Department - perhaps she has found that special “something” to keep her here!
