Portsoy lies approximately 56 miles from both Aberdeen and Inverness, on the beautiful Moray Firth Coast. Fly or take the train to Inverness or Aberdeen. For example, a flight from Luton to Aberdeen takes just 90 minutes. From Aberdeen Airport or Railway Station, make your way onto the A947, out of Aberdeen towards Banff and then take the A98 to Portsoy. From Inverness Airport or Railway Station, follow the A96 to Fochabers and then take the A98 to Portsoy. Journey time is 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
