A Victorian century home designated for it's architectural and historic uniqueness, this gracious Queen Anne Revival Style home was built by John G. Sully, of the Raymond Manufacturing Company in 1893. Situated at the head of an historic residential neighbourhood, London House BB overlooks one of Guelph's oldest parks. The rooms are ideal for longer term stays or family groups although we welcome short term stays as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room available to the patrons of these rooms. There are two options. Find your way to highway 401 and head east and follow the instructions for traveling from London. Take highway 7 east from Kitchener right into the city of Guelph until you come to the Hanlon Expressway. Turn right and travel south on the Hanlon Expressway until you come to Willow Road. (approximately 2 km) Turn left onto Willow Road and follow it east until it ends at Edinburgh Road. Turn right onto Edinburgh Road and travel south to the first signal lights. Turn left at the lights onto London Road. Follow London Road east until you come to Park Avenue. (London House Bed Breakfast is on the corner of Park and London). Turn right onto Park Avenue and into the first driveway on the left.
