room overlooks the
garden and churchyard and is decorated with a gentle oriental touch in restful blues. Deeply comfortable 6' double/twin bed for a great night;s sleep, and a luxurious

shower for your relaxation and enjoyment.
From A34/M4 Junction 13 (Chieveley). Follow the brown Living Rainforest signs north to Hermitage. Turn left onto the B4009 road and follow the road to Hampstead Norreys. Take the B4009 road north at the Robin Hood roundabout, through Hermitage to Hampstead Norreys. When in Hampstead Norreys. Turn right into Church Street at the mini-roundabout. Travel 150 yards, passing the church on your right, and then turn right into the drive in front of the Manor House. Entrance to Bed and
Breakfast accommodation is through the gate in the yew hedge (. From London/Reading, M4 Junction 12. Follow signs for Pangbourne. Just after the roundabout at the junction of the A4 and A340, turn left and follow the road to Bradfield and Yattendon. At the Royal Oak in Yattendon fork right, following the signs for Hampstead Norreys. At the next T-junction turn right and continue on this road into the village. At the 'Give Way' sign turn left down the hill, joining the B4009. Pass the White Hart
pub on your right then follow the high brick wall on your left, past the farm entrance and into the drive in front of the Manor House. Entrance to Bed and
Breakfast accommodation is through the gate in the yew hedge. By aeroplane or ferry... We are only 50 minutes from Heathrow and easily accessible from Portsmouth.
The house has been in the family since 1817, handed down through both maternal and paternal forbears, the Lowsleys and the Betts. Recent improvements have created warm and comfortable
guest rooms, offering spacious single, double or twin accommodation with period character and charm. Richard, the chef, will serve a full English or continental
breakfast, between 7.30 and 9.00am, in the beautiful oak-panelled
dining room. Choices available include locally produced bacon and sausages, and eggs laid by our free-ranging farmyard hens. You are welcome to enjoy the
garden and explore the farmyard with its historic barns and granary.
The annexe is an immaculate
apartment with its own front door, which is accessible to the infirm or partially disabled. There is a spacious
double bedroom, super-king double or twin, with. which is suitable for disabled use. The large sitting
room, with its shuttered windows, can accommodate up to two more people on a luxurious day bed with separate mattresses.
Tea and
coffee making facilities are available in the fully equipped. The
apartment can also be used on a self-catering basis price on application.
Due to amalgamation with the farm
business we now have to add VAT to our rates, which do include
breakfast. These are now revised as follows: £47.00 (£40 + £7.00 VAT). £76.37 (£65 + £11.37 VAT). Occupancy of Annexe for 3-4 people. £94.00 (£80 + £14 VAT) to £117.40 (£100 + £17.50 VAT). We offer a reduction on stays of 4 nights or more. £88.12 £111.62. Self-catering prices on application.

Named after a family friend / 'uncle' who came from London to stay for a week during the Second World War. He remained here happily for the rest of his life 20 more years! You will sleep comfortably in the generous 5; double bed and enjoy the ensuite
shower and facilities in the 'powder
room', originally used for powdering wigs in the Georgian era.
