Executive Club Benefits and Regulations. As a member of the Executive Club Program, each time you dine in the Nordic Dining Room or Timbers Restaurant, you will receive a meal discount when one other meal is purchased. The complimentary portion will be determined by dividing the total food portion of the bill by the number in the party and subtracting that amount from the total. This will entitle you to the following food discounts: one person will receive a 15% discount, two people dining a 50% discount, three people 33%, four people 25%, and so on. Only one card may be used per dining party, per dining visit, and your membership card must be presented in order to receive your discount. As a courtesy, gratuities should be based on the original amount of the bill. Beverages and taxes are not discounted and the card is not valid for use on the following special occasions: Valentines Day, Easter Sunday, Mothers Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day.
