Lyndhurst House BB offers excellent New Forest accommodation at affordable prices, whether you are here on business or relaxing on a short break. The BB has 4 double bedrooms and 1 family room, some with four poster beds. All rooms are en-suite and are maintained to an exceptionally high standard, recognised as such by the Visit Britain 4 Stars accreditation. Our Lyndhurst BB offers complimentary toiletries, hospitality trays, hair dryers, radio alarm clocks and colour T.V. The house has central heating and is double glazed throughout. Guest rooms are available on the day of arrival between 2pm and 6pm, however we are happy to discuss special arrangements should need be. Lyndhurst House is situated just a 2 minute level walk to Lyndhurst village centre and open woodland. The village of Lyndhurst has a variety of restaurants, cafes and Olde English Pubs. You will also find the New Forest Visitor Museum and Visitor Information Centre and an excellent choice of smaller shops for you to browse in. We offer easy access to the many attractions of the New Forest and nearby Coast. Pony Trekking, Cycle Hire, Golf and walking facilities are close by. Just take a drive through the forest down to the coast, have a day in Lymington or take a ferry to the Isle of Wight. The seaside of Bournemouth, with its beaches, shopping and entertainment, is only 30 minutes away. Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge and Winchester Cathedral, which are steeped in history, are 40 minutes away. So come and enjoy a few days in this beautiful area. The tariff for our Lyndhurst bed and breakfast is as follows: £25; £40 per person per night bed and breakfast. £30 - £40 single occupancy. Children 10-16 years - £20 per night when sharing with 2 adults. Please phone for seasonal specials. Please note we do not accommodate children under 10 years. We do not accept any pets. From the M27 leave at exit 1 and follow the A337 sign post to Lyndhurst. As you enter the village, Lyndhurst House BB is approx. 3 metres on the right. You will see the car park at the front. If traveling by rail, Brockenhurst Station mainline to Waterloo is 4 miles. Train operators include South West Trains and Virgin. If traveling by bus, 56/56a buses run from Southampton to Lyndhurst at least hourly on week-days. We are located within 4 miles of the M27 and access to major towns and cities i.e. Bournemouth (Airport), Portsmouth (Dockyard), Salisbury (Cathedral), Southampton (Airport), Winchester (Cathedral) and Poole (Harbour and Ferry Terminal).
