The central plaza know as the zocalo is an everchanging scene. There is dancing, eating, drinking, buying and selling of all types of arts crafts from the region. The Veracruz Aquarium offers a unique view of the variety of marine life from the Gulf of Mexico.

We are located in the beautiful state of Veracruz. Our Emerald Coast region, as this area is known is a 2 hr drive north from the port city of Veracruz. Emerald Coast is a strip of coastline approximately 10 miles long named for the beautiful emerald color of the ocean. Our beaches are sandy and the waves are mild -- ideal for relaxation and total enjoyment of approx 80 degrees F. or 27 degrees C. From Veracruz Port we are 2 hours away by car. From Mexico City we are about 5 hours away by car. From Puebla it's a 4 hour drive. Xalapa is a 2.5 hour drive. Poza Rica is a 1 hour. drive. All of these cities have
airports, Veracruz, Mexico City and Puebla have international flights and Xalapa and Poza Rica are only national. You will find us on the 88km marker of the Nautla/Poza Rica Federal Highway 180 about 1/2 mile north of the fishing village of Casitas.
