Parking: Off-street
parking only is offered to guests, (limit 1 vehicle per

room booked is required. Cancellation / Refund Policy: In the event that a guest never arrived, the entire stay would be charged and for that case, any refunds would depend on our being able to re-rent the accommodation. A $30 CDN service charge for each

center,
restaurant and shopping district. 15 minutes drive from the
airport. A pleasant half-hour's drive from Cavendish and the north shore beaches. Here are directions to Bed of Roses by the Sea from: the visitors'
center. Directions from the
airport: 1. When leaving the
airport, drive straight on Sherwood Road until the end (T-junction with Lower Malpeque Road). 2. Turn left on Lower Malpeque Road. 3. At the fifth set of traffic lights, turn right on Nassau Street. 4. Drive to the end and turn left on Edinburgh Drive. 5. Continue to the end and turn right on Charlotte Drive. 6. Approximately 300 metres further, turn right on Queen Elizabeth Drive (marked with a yellow No Exit sign). (please note that on Visit Charlottetown maps Queen Elizabeth Drive is erroneously labelled North Queen Elizabeth Dr. - Bed of Roses by the Sea is on the Queen Elizabeth Drive following the waterfront past Victoria Park and the Lieutenant Governor's residence to centertown, a 5 minute drive.). 7. Bed of Roses is the second house to your left - you will see our blue roadside sign: Bed of Roses.. Directions from the Confederation Bridge: 1. After crossing the bridge, take highway 1 towards Charlottetown. 2. Upon entering Charlottetown, turn right on North River Road (at the Esso station). 3. At the fourth set of traffic lights, turn right on Nassau Street. (please note that on Visit Charlottetown maps Queen Elizabeth Drive is erronously labelled North Queen Elizabeth Dr. - Bed of Roses by the Sea is on the Queen Elizabeth Drive following the waterfront past Victoria Park and the Lieutenant Governor's residence to centertown, a 5 minute drive.). 7. Bed of Roses is the second house to your left - you will see our blue roadside sign: Bed of Roses by the Sea.. Directions from the Wood Islands Ferry: 1. Take highway 1 towards Charlottetown. 2. Upon entering Charlottetown (across the bridge from Stratford), take the first left on Water Street Parkway). 3. Continue straight until it ends in Havilland Street. Turn right on Havilland Street (which changes name to Rockford Street after a block). 4. Turn left on Kent Street (the fourth left). 5. Continue around Victoria Park (Kent Street changes name to Park Roadway, then Queen Elizabeth Drive). 6. Follow the house numbers to 185 Queen Elizabeth Drive. Please note, just before a prominent curve to the right, where the road changes into Charlotte Drive, keep left at the yellow No Exit sign to remain on Queen Elizabeth Drive.
