All eight rooms have en-suite showers, colour TV and tea making facilities. Our rooms include 1 single, 1 twin, 4 double and 2 family rooms. We have a small parking area and there is unlimited parking on the road. We have a comfortable lounge, a bar with pool table and dining room. We provide full breakfasts and packed lunches and evening meals on request. All our food is home cooked.We cater for different needs so let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. Our guest house is close to the South Cliff with its gardens and putting green. The cliff lift takes you down to the Spa Conference Centre and South Bay. Here there is a clean family beach with the usual attractions of donkeys, amusement arcades, shops and cafes. A short walk past the Futurist theatre takes you to the harbour and fun fair.In Summer an open topped bus runs from the Spa round to the North Bay where you can visit the Sea Life Centre and Peasholm Park. The town centre, with shops,bars and places to eat, is also close by.

All bedrooms haven en-suite showers, colour TVs and hospitality tray. Hairdryers, alarm clocks and irons are provided. Our rates are £26.00 per person per night for bed and breakfast. Children under 5 are free. Children 5-16 are half price. We offer reductions for longer visits. Please ask about our Winter tariff. We are open all year round. Sample Evening Meal Menu.
