CONFERENCES, MEETINGS AND RETREATS: Cost is $150/ Half Day or $300/Full Day Numbers - Up to 56 persons Located in the lowest level of The Castle, the stonewalls give a unique atmosphere to any business meeting or seminar. Your attendees will enjoy refreshments made fresh by our award-winning chef, and with a full line of audio/visual equipment we are able to offer you most services you may need. GROUP TOURS: Castle Tours are given for $10/person, with a minimum group fee of $200. Tour groups are limited to 100 persons. Your journey will begin with the first step into the gracious foyer. Accept your welcome and take a grand tour back in time to an age of romance and chivalry. The tour will impart historic information about The Castle, Burton Harvey Ellen Campbell, the original builders and owners, and the imported architectural antiques, around which The Castle was constructed. Terry and/or Paula Lowry, owners of The Historic Campbell Castle since 1994, host the approximately 1-1½ hour tour of The Castle. The tour includes all commons areas as well as the unoccupied guest rooms. During the tour there is opportunity to ask Terry and/or Paula any questions participants may have. Times and days may be limited due to guest reservations. WEDDINGS: Have a castle exclusive for your wedding and/or reception. Pricing includes all 14 guest rooms and breakfast for overnight guests. Fairy Tales Do Come True; For the regal wedding of your dreams, consider The Castle Inn Riverside. Reserve the entire Castle for the afternoon, evening and following morning. You will enjoy the exclusive atmosphere of the main floor of the Castle for the ceremony and the reception. The main floor has a maximum capacity of 135 guests. The downstairs conference/banquet facility is also included and will seat approximately 45 comfortably with tables and chairs. The Castle Inn Riverside is a fourteen guest room, small, luxury inn. We offer a Castle Exclusive for weddings and/or receptions to provide complete exclusivity for your special day. The fee for the Castle Exclusive is two fold, the first is the price of the fourteen guest rooms which is approximately $3,150; the second part is based on the number of guests attending the wedding-fewer than 50 guests the fee is $3,500; 50-99 guests is $4,000; 100-135 is $4,500. Our chef typically prepares a 2 meat entree buffet which is priced at $42.50 per person, plus tax and gratuity. We do not have a liquor license, but the wedding party may bring its own champagne for a toast and/or wine with dinner. If you are planning a cake and punch reception, please provide a cake cutter and servers. We do not have provisions for a dance. We have a grand piano which is available for your use or you may bring in a harpist, trio, or quartet. Linens and place settings must be provided by the wedding party. As the sun shines through antique beveled crystal windows, and The Castle is bathed in exquisite hues of light, you may find yourself mysteriously drawn into the Dining Room. It is here, during engaging conversations with old and new friends, that you will experience the true sense of hospitality of The Castle, while the romance of another era will satisfy a hunger in the soul. The antique walnut fireplace in this room was imported from Germany. Pay particular attention to the inlaid floors and the elaborate hand-carved oak woodwork with various leaf and animal carvings. Most of the decorative metal fixtures and hardware throughout The Castle is original and was shipped directly from a factory in New York. One exception is the dining room chandelier, which is not a Castle original, but an antique imported from Spain. We offer our guests the following complimentary food services: Weekend Only -From 5-7PM, we serve a variety of wines and cheeses, soft drinks, and other beverages. -From 7-10PM, an assortment of desserts, gourmet coffees and teas, and after dinner liqueurs provide an enjoyable ending to your evening. Every Day -The finale of your experience at The Castle is a creatively prepared breakfast, which is served in one of our less formal dining areas, the Coffee Bar or Solarium, or in the more formal atmosphere of the main Dining Room.
