Carolyns latest adventure is getting into real estate, she is with ERA The Masiello Group and has been in the business 10 months, with multiple sales and listings to her credit. The learning curve is really something in this business, classes are forever ongoing and this winter she will be taking an associate brokers course. The bed and breakfast is still apart of her life, and doing well, but after 19 years she feels its time for something new. Doing both will be the way for the next 5 years or so. Reservations are more important than ever as it lets her set a schedule. In the past 19 years she has had 4 clients stay at the B B and actually relocate to the Kennebunk area, and now she will be able to help out the people interested in knowing more about real estate in the Kennebunks, and hopefully selling them a home. This years vacation will be in Mexico, the Guadalajara area in the state of Jalisco, and also to the state of Michouican to El Rosario to see the monarch butterflies. She will keep you all posted on her adventures.
