Welcome to The Towne Lyne Motel Web Site. We would like to thank you for inquiring about us. We are located in beautiful Ogunquit Maine. Ogunquit means Beautiful place by the sea and it is! We are located on Route One 1.5 miles north from the center of town. Here at the Towne Lyne your hosts Luke and Brandee want you to feel at home while staying with us. Some of the extra's to make you feel at home are refrigerators, cable TV, coffee makers, telephones with all local calls free, glider rockers in all rooms, air conditioning, and heat in all rooms. Every room has daily maid service. Some of our Queen rooms have screened in porches that overlook the Ogunquit River. We do not have a pool. Everyone has their own parking spot for your vehicle. All of our rooms are nonsmoking, we have an outside designated smoking area. We have a charming setting spot which faces the Ogunquit River. Our manicured lawn enhances the motel. There are two trolleys that you can get on. One of them will take you into Ogunquit and one will take you into Wells. Our large sitting area behind the motel has plenty of room for you to sit and relax.

Your home away from home. Our deluxe rooms feature two double beds, individual heat and air, private baths, glider rockers, your own parking space, and some with back doors to our setting area which look over the Ogunquit River. Our Queen Rooms feature all of the amentities of our deluxe rooms. Some of them have a screened-in porch that overlooks the river. All of our rooms are equipped with color/cable television, radio, telephone, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

2006 Ogunquit Calendar of Events. Things To Do In The Area. Here are some of the things that are near to do: Center of Ogunquit Shops and Art Galleries. A short walk to the beautiful Ogunquit Beach. A short drive to the famous Playhouse, Scenic Margial Way, and Picturesque Perkins Cove. Scenic Boat trips and Deep Sea fishing. Marginal Way - A very beautiful walk along the beach of the Atlantic Ocean. The Nubble Light House - One of the most photographed scenes in the country. On Nubble Road in York, Maine which is a 20 Minute drive. Perkins Cove - Home of The Famous Footbridge. Other points of interst include: L.L.
