Efficiency Units have complete kitchenettes. 2-Room Apartments have 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 combination living kitchen room with sleep sofa. Kitchenette or full kitchen option. All three levels of the summer building are motel units.

The Aspinquid Online Reservations Policies: For direct reservations please call us at: (207) 646-7072. Our accommodations limit four persons to a unit and six persons to an apartment. All accommodations include cable TV, individual heat and air conditioning, phones and full private bath. A four night minimum reservation is required for high season (June 27th - Sept. 1st) three night minimum for holiday weekends. Exclusive use of all Aspinquid facilities and parking restricted to registered guests only. Facilities include heated swimming pool, sauna bath, and free, lighted tennis court. Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning, FAX and copy service available. A reception room is available for group functions at a nominal rental fee. In the event you must cancel your entire reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% service charge provided written notification of cancellation is received at our office 14 days prior to your arrival date. There is no refund of deposit if less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given. Your deposit is applied to the total number of days in your reservation. Since space is booked exactly for arrival and departure date, you are responsible for your room until the last day of your booking. Any changes in your arrival or departure dates will incur a $50 charge. No refunds are given for early departures. Cash, traveler checks, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Balance of reservation due upon arrival. Personal checks accepted for advanced deposits only. No personal checks accepted at check-in. Sorry, No Pets Accepted.

All units have 2 double beds except Penthouses which have 3 double beds and our 2 units on the second floorof the main building with 1 king size bed. ALL RESERVATIONS MADE ONLINE WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF STAY. In order to guarantee your accommodations during the open season, a three day deposit per week is required. Payable in full upon arrival. The deposit must be received no later than ten days from the date reservations were made. Management will not be responsible for reservations not guaranteed by deposit after the time limit. Check In - 3:00 PM Check Out - 11:00 AM. Extra Persons - $15.00 per day. Children under 12 yrs. - $10.00 per day (No charge for children under 3 yrs.) No children are allowed in second floor rooms. Cots - $10.00 per day. The Aspinquid Is Easy To Find From All Areas. From areas south take the Maine Turnpike Exit 7. At the end of the ramp turn left onto Route 1. Follow into the center of Ogunquit Village. Bear right (don't take the sharp right) onto Beach Street, and see the Aspinquid a short distance ahead on the left. If you go over the Ogunquit River causeway bridge, you just missed us.
