Maine lodging tax is 7%. Add $25.00 for an additional person. Cancellation/Refund Policy: You may cancel or shorten your reservation, without a penalty 14 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel or shorten your reservation after the 14-day grace period, you will be charged for one night. Exceptions: If the room rents to someone else, you be charged only a $35.00 service charge.
