Consequently, he was always winding up as camp cook in the Boy Scouts. Further developing his cooking skills while in the U.S. Army, he was an honor student in both cook bake schools. Since then, he has worked as Chef in some of the finest restaurants in Detroit, Michigan, and Pompano Beach, Florida. Afterward, he worked as Chef at Rudolphs in Gainesville for two years, then at the beautiful Hofbrau International Restaurant in the magnificent northeast Georgia mountains. Many of the items on his extensive menu are of his own creation, or are his version of classic culinary dishes.
