Amount of Deposit: Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of payment equal to one night's reservation or 50% of total reservation, whichever is greater. We are required to collect a 7% tax on all reservations per Maine State Lodging Tax. If paying deposit by check, it must be received within 7 days for reservation to be acknowledged.
