Individual Reservations. How to Make an Individual Reservation: After we have checked availability, your reservation will be considered confirmed when you have sent us: a) the number and expiration date of your credit card b) an active
telephone number (or cellular
phone number working in Italy). Arrivals and Departures: a) Standard arrivals in the Hotel are expected before 6.00 p.m. b) For arrivals after 6.00 p.m., notice with the Locanda;s Reception is required. c) On the day of departure, the
room must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. Cancellations: a) If the Reception is notified of the cancelled reservation at least 48 hours before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied. b) If the Reception is notified of the cancellation in less than 48 hours before the arrival, one night will be charged for each
room. c) The same time restrictions apply to cancellations if leaving prior to the reserved departure date. How to Make a Group Reservation: Options: a) The Locanda has a minimum option period from the date of arrival, within which the group may cancel or modify the reservation with no penalty. b) If there are cancellations or modifications after the option period and up to 15 days before arrival, a penalty of 30% will be charged. c) If there are cancellations or modifications after the 15th day prior to arrival, there will be a charge for the entire group of
rooms for the entire period confirmed after the option expiration. The Reservation will be confirmed by sending: a) A confirmation deposit of 30% of the total cost for the
