We offer two options for your gathering;the Carriage Haus or the Great Room. Carriage Haus. The Carriage Haus is the perfect alternative to the standard hotel or corporate meeting facility. Overlooking the gardens and filled with an abundance of light, use is limited only by your imagination. Unique in its two story design, you will have access to the entire facility. The Carriage Haus offers hi-speed wireless internet access at no additional charge. The upstairs, with hand-painted hardwood floors and energizing red walls, is set up conference style with seating for 15. Tables can be arranged to meet the needs of your event. We offer two easy ways to contact us in order to reserve the room and package of your choice. Our on-line reservation system allows you to check availability and book rooms, packages and Inn-room specials 24 hrs. a day. Online reservations take precedence over other booking options. This simply means that if we're away from the property and you call us to make a reservation, there is a chance that another guest will book online for the same room and date. While we're away from the property, it is not possible to close out the inventory to prevent booking your requested room by another guest. Therefore, the online booking, if it happens to be a duplicate, will be considered the confirmed reservation. After hours will go to a voice mail system and we;ll get back to you during our regular business hours. Please remember that you are calling our home and not a hotel with a front desk. Reservation Information. CHECK IN: 4:00-8:00 pm EST CHECK OUT: 11:00 am EST. Early Check In: Should you request an early check-in and the Inn is able to accommodate your request, there will be a $40 Early Check-In fee (plus 6% tax) and your room will guaranteed by 1:30 pm. We can only accept one guest room per day for an early arrival. Please schedule your request at least 7 days in advance. The fee is non refundable in the event of a later arrival. Late Check In: Business guests with late arriving flights and guests who are choosing to spend their Wedding night at our facility can arrange for late check-ins by noting on your reservation request or calling. Please request a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your arrival as we staff for check-ins between the hours of 4-8 pm. For same day reservations, please call us at 800-431-4287. We will accept same day reservations until 7 pm. Deposit and Cancellation Policies: At time of booking, we guarantee your reservation with a valid credit card;Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Diner;s Club. We will charge your credit or debit card for one night's stay as a deposit toward your stay. If for any reason your card is declined, we cancel your reservation and place the room back in our inventory and notify you via E-mail. You will need to submit a new reservation with a valid credit card number. Any remaining balance will be due at time of check in via credit card, cash or traveler's checks. Please remember that with an advance guaranteed reservation, we are making a commitment to provide you with the room reserved and you are agreeing to our Inn's terms regarding our cancellation policies outlined below. Weller Haus is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us and last minute changes or cancellations significantly affect our business. If your travel plans change and you must change or cancel your reservation, please do so at least 15 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations during holidays, special events or peak periods require a 21 or 30-day advance notice. Reservations cancelled at least 15 days in advance (or 21/30 days) will receive a full refund of the deposit, less our $25 administrative fee. To avoid any confusion or misunderstanding, all cancellations and changes are requested in writing via email. While we understand that situations do arise, in the unlikely event that you must cancel within the time frame of 15, 21 or 30 days, shorten your stay, check out early or no-show, we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation unless we can fill the room. Naturally, we make every attempt to fill a vacancy by contacting customers who have requested the room while it was already booked. This policy applies for reservations regardless of when they were booked. Guests will be financially responsible for a cancellation, change, shortened stay or no-show even if the booking was made for an arrival within 15 days (or within 21 or 30 days of a holiday or special event) if the room cannot be filled. Please inquire at time of booking for deposit and cancellation policies on group room bookings or events. All group bookings have a minimum 60 day cancellation policy.. Smoking: In consideration of all of our guests, we do not permit smoking within the Inn. Smoking is permitted outside only in a designated smoking area. Should you choose to smoke in your suite, there will be a $50 cleaning fee assessed. We are Children and Pet Friendly! While Weller Haus has gained the reputation of a romantic couples destination over the years, we also realize that not every family wants to stay in a cookie-cutter hotel while traveling. We believe that the Inn can serve the needs of families, couples and our single guests without diminishing the experience for any guest. Families traveling with no more than two children (minimum 5 years old) are welcome to stay in our Church Steeple Suite which is our only suite than can accommodate more than two guests. Please be aware that children under the age of 12 face an inherent risk at our property due to steep stairs both inside and out, as well as a water pond on the property. We will gladly consider children under 5 for a midweek stay in the Church Steeple Suite. Please call for details. Pets under 20 lbs. who have well-behaved owners are accepted in our Rendezvous Suite--Sorry, no cats. Proof of current vaccinations as well as a flea treatment program must be provided prior to arrival. Because the Health Department and Insurance companies control my life, pets aren't permitted in common areas and will need to be leashed while on the property. As our yard and garden areas are shared by humans (sometimes in bare feet) we ask that dogs be walked outside our property gates. And, please be willing to give your cell phone number to your pet while you're away from the property---just in case they need you to come home! We charge an additional $25 Pet Fee and will also have a basket of goodies for your best friend upon arrival. Lost and Found Items: Should you leave an item behind, we will place it in a safe place until we hear from you. We will be glad to return the item via regular U.S.Mail for the cost of the postage, plus a $5.00 service fee charged to your credit card on record. Rates listed are based on double occupancy, do not include taxes and are subject to change. WellerHaus.com rates are the most current, up-to-date rates on the Internet and are the rates that will be charged regardless of what may be found on another website.
