Look through the patio door on the second picture and notice the wonderful view of the lake. The deck on the Loon is situated on the side of the cabin and is 10' x 14' in size. There is a four foot walkout in front of the cabin, leading to the deck. This is a lakefront cabin. Enter through the patio doors of this cabin, and you will be greeted with the up north experience you have been looking for. All of the walls are made of native knotty red pine and the hardwood floor is made of ashwood. There is a full bath with a tub / shower combo in this cabin. Located on the North Shore of the Second Crow Wing Lake. In 2008, Sunny Point Estates is offering two leasing optionas on selected cabins. Option One: Lease a cabin for 30 days. Stay for the entire month, or come and go as you please. Option Two: Lease a cabin for the entire season. From Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend, the cabin is yours for the summer. Get settled in, invite your friends and family, and enjoy. There's More! At any time during your lease period you may elect to purchase the cabin.. If you do, the entire lease payment and damage deposit will be appled to the purchase price. Now, you can test the waters. Go ahead, wet a hook, kayak the lake and river, build sand castles on the beach, or just relax. With either lease option, there is no obligation to purchase. At the end of your lease, you simply move out. Your damage deposit will be refunded provided you vacate the cabin and left it free of damage. Some amenities that the Sunny Point homeowner's association maintain and that are also offered to 2008 lease aggreements include: A long sandy beach with southern exposure.
