THE HOUSE The guests will lodge in three charming independent flats, each one is fitted with a well equipped kitchen and central heating, bathroom and satellite TV. WHERE WE ARE The Ploncher BB is an ancient dwelling recently refurbished according to the local environmental and architectural rules located in a quite position at the heart of Chiavenna;s historical centre, pretty much socially and culturally live though. THE TOWN The ancient and typical town of Chiavenna is located on the southern side of the Retiche Alps at the junction of Spluga and Maloja-Julier, the two major roads that link the Val Padana to the middle Switzerland and Germany, through the shortest and most comfortable route. Its whimsical urban layout, its typical house;s architecture along with its breath taking natural landscapes make the town of Chiavenna a fascinating and lively location, extremely dynamic culturally and commercially.
