In 1981 the members of the Fiorini family, wellknown as owners and managers of the famous restaurant da Malvina on the beach of Portonovo, began the rebuilding of the abandoned International Youth Resort with the intention to turn in into a hotel offering all the comforts, without altering the original structure of the building or disturbing the landscape of the Conero.
