The farm holidays house, subdivided in four apartments of various dimensions, is lying on a slight slope, on the hill, in the typical landscape of the Marches, near the sea and the medieval village of Civitanova Alta. The 5 apartments (that sleep 20 in all), have separate entrances. The furniture comes from old rural houses and has been restored. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and television. They are: An apartment with 2 beds and kitchen, on the ground floor, suitable for disabled people, too, named Girasole. An apartment which sleeps 2 or 3, in a room on the first floor, and a lounge on the ground floor, connected by an inner winding staircase, named Chiocciola. An apartment with 2 rooms and a bathroom (4 beds in all), named Edera. An apartment with mansard, fireplace, 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms (6 beds in all), named Golf. An apartment with mansard, fireplace, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms (8 beds in all), named Soppalco. The house from the driving range. The restaurant L'Invito, run by professional cooks, specializing in fish cuisine, is situated on the ground floor. The driving range, close to the house. In the farm you can follow every cultivation practice, such as seeding, transplanting, harvesting, products processing and you can buy the products when possible. Every year, in the coldest period, they carry out the rite of la pista or la salata that is the hog's meat manufacturing, respecting the oldest traditions. They celebrate the Mass every sunday in the family church (founded in 1762). This is a traditional opportunity for the workers of the farm and their families to meet. There are also three small lakes for fishing. Civitanova Marche is very close by, and offers a lot about tourism and sport. The APT (Azienda Promozione Turistica) provide the tourists with informative material, which is supplied in the rooms.

Golf driving range, affiliated member of Federazione Italiana Golf. The golf driving range of La Capparuccia is open to everyone. A structure like a golf driving range is an indispensable place for both those who wish to approach the sport and those who would like to improve their skills. Immersed in a peaceful and rural landscape, has been projected and built with the technical advice of professionals of the sector. Those who are not familiar with golf are supplied with all the necessary equipment, free of charge. Golf instructors are available, allowing everyone to learn and enjoy this splendid sport. The driving range stands on three meadow hectares (fair-way) and has been made and maintained, according to the new european rules, in an ecologically compatible system, a very interesting technique looking at the agricultural aspect. People can follow and take part in the delicate maintenance operations under the guide of the green-keeper. The private villa of the counts Sabatucci Frisciotti Stendardi, build in the beginning of the nineteenth century, is called La Capparuccia. The same name identifies the farm and the farm holidays placed around the villa. The farm is about 200 hectares wide. A rural house is used for accommodation, in 4 different apartments. There's also a golf camp to practise and improve this sport. The farm produces vegetables, cereal, sugar beets, olive oil and wine. They're going to progressively turn into biological production and a shop to sell their products will be realized in the near future.

La Capparuccia is situated near Civitanova Marche, which is an adriatic seaside resort in the province of Macerata, Italy. Civitanova Marche is along the road nº 16 Adriatica; there's an exit from the A14 motorway also and is about 55 kilometres away from the Ancona-Falconara airport. Reaching La Capparuccia from the motorway exit is very easy: after you've got out, turn right till touching, after 700 metres, the road coming from Macerata; then turn right again towards Civitanova and pass under the motorway; immediately turn left and go up towards Civitanova Alta, till finding on the left, after about 1 kilometre, the drive leading to La Capparuccia. The drive is pointed out by the signs L'invito and Agrigolf. It's very close to the town and the sea, but there's around the tipical and restful landscape of the Marches.
