What should I bring with me for my stay to Sunrise? Swimsuit for hot tub (and pool in warm months). Sunscreen and a hat - the rays are more intense at this high altitude. Relaxed layered clothing - at our altitude of 6,100 ft., there is a wider range of temperature shift within the course of a day. Good walking shoes - the property is large. Water carrier - at this altitude it's a good idea to drink lots of water. All indoor spaces at Sunrise Springs are non-smoking, including guest rooms.
