In a prime residential area of George Town, midway between downtown and the prestigious South Sound area. Walking distance to major dive facilities, and popular

restaurant facilities. Walking distance to Burger King and Wendy's fast food
restaurants, and other stores. Less than one mile from Smith Cove, a beautiful swimming and snorkeling location. Less than one mile south from central George Town
business and shopping area. Only three miles from the
Airport. Four miles from the world-famous Seven Mile Beach. NOTICE Since Hurricane Ivan September 11-12, 2004 our property has been redesigned and rebuilt. Apartments so please be sure to book early to avoid disappointment! There are two types of accommodations in our property: Efficiency
Apartment each with
one bedroom, private
bath,
kitchen and dining/
living room, washer and dryer.
Studio Apartment with private
bath, private entrance, compact
refrigerator and combination toaster/microwave/oven.
Payment methods: CI$ cash, US$ cash or Traveller's Cheques. We will accept personal cheques only if agreed in advance with the Owner. All rentals will be subject to the renter (Tenant) signing a contract prior to moving in to the
Apartment. In advance of contract signature, pricing and policies are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing and policy changes after contract signature will be subject to relevant contract terms. security deposit and the first month's rental to reserve the
Apartment. Minimum Term Policy: Rental is for a minimum of six months unless agreed in advance otherwise. Rental is payable monthly in advance and is non-refundable. Occupancy Policy: Maximum of two adults are permitted to reside in the
Apartment. If agreed with the Owner prior to commencement of the rental, one child up to three years old may reside along with the adult(s). The Tenant may not at any time keep a pet in the
Apartment or on the property. No smoking is allowed at any time in the
Apartment. No loudness or any other activity or behaviour that could be disturbing to other Tenants or neighbours, is allowed at any time in the
Apartment or on the property. The Owner has the right to terminate the rental and evict the Tenant immediately if in the Owner's judgment, any of these Policies are violated. Other specifics are contained in the contract. The contract supersedes any information contained in this website.
