Rooms at the front have a lovely outlook on to the terrace of Georgian houses surrounded by beautiful tall trees. Rooms to the rear overlook the terrace and garden, with seating area, swings slide. It is no-smoking throughout with fire alarm and smoke alarms in all rooms. For your comfort all windows are double glazed. All rooms are identical in decor with antique pine furniture, full length mirrors, good firm beds, and fans. The colour TVs have remote control, teletext and satellite channel. TVs in the family room have built in video. En-suites consists of bath or fantastic power shower, WC, Sink and Razor socket with light. Complimentary toiletries are provided. Every guest is treated as an individual and made to feel special, whether a first time visitor or a regular, whether staying for a weekend or a main holiday. With distant views of the Railway Station, in the spring and summer months, the Hogwarts Express steam train used in Harry Potter films can be seen. Also, the turntable at Yorks famous National Railway Museum can just be seen with various Steam Engines often being turned.
All prices are inclusive of full English breakfast, free car parking and the facility of being able to leave your car in the car park on the day of departure. All prices quoted are inclusive of V.A.T. at 17.5%. Double/twin £35 - £40 pppn. Single room from £35 pppn. Family rooms £80 - £120 per ROOM per night.
