Off Summer Season Rates. 3 Nights Fri/Sat/Sun. 4 Nights Th/Fri/Sat/Sun. 5 Nights W/Th/Fri/Sat/Sun. Per Night 2 Night Min. 9 Nights/10 Days Fri - Sun. Reservation Information: A 50% deposit is due within ten days of making phone reservations. Balance of payment and $100 refundable security deposit due at check in. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel three weeks prior, your deposit is refunded less a 20% administrative fee. For weekly summer rentals, six weeks notice is required to cancel, less a 25% administrative fee. If cancellations are re booked, the entire deposit is returned less administrative fee as noted. Six units are available to accommodate up to 4 people. Each unit has two bedrooms with queen size beds. Queen size sofa sleeper in living area accommodates up to 6 people.

Take the New York State Thruway to Exit 24, Go North to Adirondack Northway (I-87). Take I-87 North to Exit 23, Warrensburg, Make a Left over the bridge, then a Right at the intersection onto Route 9. Take Route 9 through Warrensburg and follow until the intersection of Route 28, Take a Left onto Route 28. Take Route 28 for approximately 3 Miles to Potterbrook Road, Take a Right onto Potterbrook Road (It's the first right hand turn). Take Potterbrook Road approximately 4 Miles, Atateka Lodges is on your right.
