A great hotel requires a great
restaurant, and that of the Hotel Stella Maris has all the ingredients to be considered one of the best on the Sardinian southeastern coast. Two elegant sea facing
dining rooms with luxurious interiors, one inside and one outside, first class service and an excellent local wine list: all this to complement the superior quality of the dishes proposed by our chef, who respects the traditional flavours of Sardinia.
Every year since 1657, the most important religious festival in Sardinia is held in Cagliari. A very colorful procession of country carts and folk groups winds through the city
centre, escorting the carriage with the Statue of S.Efisio, the subject of great popular devotion by the people of Cagliari.
Sardinia, with its four thousand years of history, is an evocative place. This island has an atmosphere that is difficult to find anywhere else in the world: this is why someone arriving here for the first time often feels both disorientated and fascinated. The places, people, silence, colours, smells: everything is in a magical harmony that is unusual and incomparable, it is as if we can see an unknown part of ourselves, a unique sensation that leads us to fall in love with this island.
