Apartamentos Punta Brava is a typical older canarian apartment house, renovated and restored in 2001 to give you the comfort of a modern and well equipped apartment with European standards. This means that all our beds and bed-sofas are 2 m long and have very good mattresses. Your modern kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to do your own cooking. There is a large sun terrace for all who want to have their breakfast in the sun or prefer sunbathing close to home. The six apartments are named. Plaza : Wheelchair apartment with your door going right out to the pretty plaza with its palm trees. It has a bedroom with one bed (90 x 200 cm), a living room with a sofa bed for two (140 x 200 cm), kitchen and dining area and a bathroom equipped for the needs of a person in a wheelchair. Teide: Sunny apartment on the second floor with a balcony. You look at Mount Teide, the highest mountain of Spain. There is a bedroom with two beds (90 x 200 m), a living room with american kitchen and a sofa bed (140 x 200 m) for two, a bathroom with bathtub. Patio: Cozy apartment on the ground floor. Living room with dining area and a sofa bed for two (140 x 200 m), a small kitchen and room with bed sofa (90 x 200 cm), shower bath and a small patio with a washing machine. Galeria:Friendly apartment on the second floor. You have a living room with a bed sofa for two (140 x 200 cm), american kitchen, one bedroom with two beds (90 x 200 cm), bathroom with tub. Mar: This apartment on the ground floor is for lovers of the sea and of spectacular sunsets! Large living room with dining area and bed sofa for two (140 x 200 cm), bedroom with two beds (90 x 200 cm), shower bath and small kitchen. No fishing allowed from the bedroom and living room windows! 20 Meters walk to go fishing! Cielito: This means little heaven, a very special apartment on two floors. It has a bedroom on the upper floor with a canopy bed. You have sea view right from the bed and from the adjacent bathroom with its tub for two. A living room, shower bath and toilet and a large kitchen are on the lower floor. Here you can cook and have your meals while looking at the Atlantic, the Playa Jardin and Puerto de la Cruz in the distance. This is the place for all kinds of honeymoon! You feel like traveling on a luxury liner without being seasick But there is also room for two more on the sofa bed (140 x 200 m) in the living room! Satellite television and radio is available in all apartments, also iron and ironing board. A washing machine can be rented. There is a large terrace for all our guests on the rooftop overlooking the pretty plaza with its palm trees. Here you can sunbathe or have a meal in the sun or under the stars. We have extra guest beds, a Paidi baby bed and a baby chair you can rent. Of course we know all about the island, just ask us for any recommendation. Costs: Our prices include energy costs, weekly change of bedclothes and towels and taxes. 40 for the end cleaning (1-2 Persons). Discount of 5% for renting 30 - 90 days and 10 % for more than 90 days. No discount between December 15th and January 15th. Please book in writing, send us a signed fax or an e-mail. We will confirm in the same fashion. Please pay 50% of the rent in advance with your booking and the rest either two weeks before your arrival by bank transfer or in cash when you receive your keys. We recommend you to take an insurance to cover your travel expenses

Punta Brava is an old part of Puerto de la Cruz. It is situated at the west end of Playa Jardin, the largest and most beautiful beach in the north of the island. Punta Brava still has the charm of a canarian fishing town. Here you find great restaurants with fresh fish, national and international food. Within 200 m reach you find a bank, farmacist, church, grocery stores, different restaurants and bars, taxis and the bus stop. The baker comes twice a day on weekdays. You walk only 400 m to the world famous LORO PARQUE. The beach is 200 m away and can be reached easily in a wheelchair, just as the park and many of the other places. There is no tourism, no hotel. You enjoy only canarian ambiente. The old Tenerife still exists! right here, a few minutes of walk along the beach to the tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz where you find all the advantages of a touristic place without having to stay there. Punta Brava is the place for walks on the beach, fishing, for getting your suntan, for surfing, enjoying that fresh fish or spanish cuisine, for relaxing, for the elderly and for children. You need not rent a car, everything is right there. Punta Brava offers you the quiet, normal life in a paradise, the best possible climate at acceptable prices. Sports: Swimming in the Atlantic and in the unique sea water pools in Puerto de la Cruz styled by the world famous Cesar Manrique. Tenerife offers you all kinds of sports facilities such as surfing, sailing, water skiing and -scooter, motor boats and all sorts of boat trips, whale watching tours, snorkeling and deep sea diving, horse back riding and trekking, dance therapy, mountain and motor biking, balloon rides, different theme parks, paragliding, guided walking tours in a spectacular volcanic landscape, tennis, golf All kinds of relaxing and exciting ways of spending your precious holiday. There is also a lot of cultural events, folklore and music and artisan handicraft. Tours to the other islands and to the African continent can be booked here. Welcome to Tenerife - the dream island in the Atlantik. Here your dreams come true and reality is a beautiful dream. Que suerte vivir aqui! (Dorada). Upon arrival: The cheapest way to travel is by green local TITSAbuses from the airports to the bus station of Puerto de la Cruz. From there you take a taxi for the rest of the trip (1,5 km) to Punta Brava, Plaza Manuel Ballesteros 13. There is a vending machine for the bono bus with appr. 50% discount at the airports. If you have rented a car, you drive along the motorway until you reach the exit nr. 35 PUERTO DE LA CRUZ. Follow the signs LORO PARQUE all the way down to the sea and then turn left at the seafront and drive along the beautiful Playa Jardin beach until you reach the first road turning right. Here you turn right at the huge cactus and then turn right at the second small street crossing until you reach the far end of the town square with its palm trees.
