A 14-day advance notice is required for a cancellation without penalty. For cancellations made less than 14 days and more than 7 days prior to arrival, a 1 night stay charge will apply. Deposit becomes nonrefundable for cancellations made with less than 7 days advance notice. NO SHOWS will be charged for the full reservation. All monies are due and payable for the full reservation upon arrival. Shortened stays are nonrefundable. All rates are for occupancy by one or two guest; a charge of $35 per night will apply for each additional guest. All rooms are nonsmoking. Smoking areas are provided. No pets are allowed. All non-registered guests must be made known to owners/managers. No illegal drugs are permitted on the property. The owners/manager reserve the right to ask any disruptive or abusive guests to leave, refunds not allowed. Swimming is at your own risk as there are no lifeguards on duty.

Take US 1 north, travel through the tunnel and follow the road as it makes a sharp turn to the right. Turn left at NE 15th Avenue (Shell and Walgreens at intersection). Turn left again at the next traffic light on to NE 13th Street. Travel across the railroad tracks and turn right at the next traffic light on to Dixie Highway. Watch as the cross streets count up from 13th to NE 16th Place and turn l left at NE 16th Place (be sure not turn at NE 16th Street or NE 16th Court). The inn is the first house on the right after you turn from Dixie Highway, address is 1109 NE 16th Place. APPROACH FROM THE NORTH ON I-95. Exit at Oakland Park Boulevard and go East to the left. Travel 3 miles and turn right on to Dixie Highway. Approach the next traffic light from the middle lane and continue straight, staying on Dixie Highway. You should pass the Kalis Funeral Home on the right with Eckerd's Drugs on the left. You will pass some antique stores and cross a small bridge.
